Frittata with chicken and tomato

Ingredients for 2-4 people

  • 8 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 100 grams of chopped ham
  • 1 small chopped broccoli
  • 1 chicken fillet cut into cubes

Implementation

  1. Beat the eggs and add the milk and pepper. Add the cheddar, the onion, the tomatoes, the chopped ham, the basil and the chives to the beaten eggs.
  2. Pour olive oil in a non-stick pan and when it heats up, add the diced chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add the egg mixture together with the broccoli.
  4. Let the omelette simmer for 5 minutes and then put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
