Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 8 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 100 grams of chopped ham
- 1 small chopped broccoli
- 1 chicken fillet cut into cubes
Implementation
- Beat the eggs and add the milk and pepper. Add the cheddar, the onion, the tomatoes, the chopped ham, the basil and the chives to the beaten eggs.
- Pour olive oil in a non-stick pan and when it heats up, add the diced chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Then add the egg mixture together with the broccoli.
- Let the omelette simmer for 5 minutes and then put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
