Ingredients for 3 people
- 6 slices of bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 apple cut into cubes
- Whipped cream optional
Implementation
- In a pan, spread butter and mix in a bowl the sugar, the baking powder, the salt and the vanilla.
- Beat the eggs and beat with a whisk until it becomes a thick porridge. Slowly add the milk, continuing to beat.
- Then dip the slices of bread in the mixture and transfer them to the pan next to each other, pour over the rest of the mixture and leave for 5 minutes before putting them in the oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for a quarter until puffed in the center and serve with apple.
