Ingredients
- 1 kg of shrimp cleaned
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup tea olive oil
- 1/4 cup tea with tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
- Straws for souvlaki
Implementation

In a large bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, tomato sauce and vinegar.

Add the basil, salt and pepper and mix again until the mixture is homogeneous.

Place the shrimp in the bowl and stir until evenly coated in the marinade.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for about half an hour, stirring once or twice.

Heat the grill over medium heat and place the shrimp on the skewer straws, piercing one on the head and one on the tail.

Pour a little oil on the grill and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
