Ingredients
- 450 gr. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Toasted bread or lettuce, for serving
- For the sauce: 1/2 cup. teaspoon mayonnaise, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. mustard
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Place the shrimp in a large pan, pour over the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes.

In a large bowl, lightly mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest and mustard, season with salt and pepper and mix again.

Add the cooked shrimp, red onion, celery and dill to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Serve the shrimp salad with bread or on a lettuce.
