Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 kg of ground beef
- 2 medium onions, grated
- 1 grated zucchini
- 2 slices of stale bread, which we have previously soaked in water and squeezed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sliced tomato
- 4-5 slices of lean yellow cheese
Implementation
- Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the vegetables except the tomatoes, bread and herbs.
- Knead all the ingredients well. Leave the minced meat in the fridge covered for about half an hour. Then take it out and shape the burgers.
- Open each burger, put in a tomato slice and a slice of cheese and close it.
- Place the burgers on the grill with a lightly oiled grill and let them cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
