Stuffed burgers with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, grated
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 2 slices of stale bread, which we have previously soaked in water and squeezed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 sliced ​​tomato
  • 4-5 slices of lean yellow cheese

Implementation

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the vegetables except the tomatoes, bread and herbs.
  2. Knead all the ingredients well. Leave the minced meat in the fridge covered for about half an hour. Then take it out and shape the burgers.
  3. Open each burger, put in a tomato slice and a slice of cheese and close it.
  4. Place the burgers on the grill with a lightly oiled grill and let them cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
