Stuffed peppers with chicken and manouri

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4 chicken fillets cut into very small cubes
  • 6 red peppers
  • 1 onion dry
  • 300 grams of manouri, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Implementation

  1. Put the olive oil in a saucepan. When it heats up, add the chopped chicken and sauté it on both sides for about 2 minutes on high heat.
  2. Add the sliced ​​onion for about 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes without the skin and leave them on high heat for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Then pour diced manouri on top and leave it on the fire for 1 minute.
  4. Then cut the peppers in half and fill them with the chicken mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees on heating elements.
