Ingredients for 4 people

For the syrup

  • 250 grams of water
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

For the dough

  • 50 grams of flour for all uses
  • 200 grams of powdered milk
  • Or a tablespoon of baking powder

Implementation

For the syrup

  1. In a saucepan pour the sugar with the water and heat on a high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Then add the rose water and set aside.

For the dough

  1. In a bowl pour the powdered milk, flour, baking powder and mix gently. Then add a glass of water to make the dough.
  2. Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and fluffy and shape it into balls the size of a meatball.
  3. Then fry over medium heat for 3-4 turns, turning them until they get a golden color.
  4. Then remove the balls from the oil and pour them into the syrup. Stir well in the syrup for 5 minutes and then serve.
