Ingredients for 4 people
For the syrup
- 250 grams of water
- 300 grams of sugar
- 1 tablespoon rose water
For the dough
- 50 grams of flour for all uses
- 200 grams of powdered milk
- Or a tablespoon of baking powder
Implementation
For the syrup
- In a saucepan pour the sugar with the water and heat on a high heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Then add the rose water and set aside.
For the dough
- In a bowl pour the powdered milk, flour, baking powder and mix gently. Then add a glass of water to make the dough.
- Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes soft and fluffy and shape it into balls the size of a meatball.
- Then fry over medium heat for 3-4 turns, turning them until they get a golden color.
- Then remove the balls from the oil and pour them into the syrup. Stir well in the syrup for 5 minutes and then serve.
