Spanish omelette with potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, cut into thin slices
  • 2 cup tea olive oil
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt

Implementation

Heat the oil in a pan.

Fry the potatoes with the onions on high heat for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the oil and place the vegetables in a bowl.

Beat the eggs and pour over the vegetables.

step 5

Stir and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

Fry the mixture in a non-stick pan over high heat for 1 minute, lower the heat and continue cooking for 2-4 minutes.

Turn the omelette upside down and fry for another 3-5 minutes on low heat.
