Tangerine cake

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 300 gr. white granulated sugar
  • 180 gr. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tangerines mashed in multi
  • 2 vanilla capsules
  • 1/2 cup chocolate drops
  • 500 gr. flour
  • 180 g milk

Implementation

  1. Preheat the oven to 165oC. Wash very well and wipe 2 tangerines clementines.
  2. Cut them to remove any stones, the fibers in the center and the dark parts above (where the branch ties) and below.
  3. Put them in the multi and mash them. Put the butter with the sugar in the mixer and work them on fast speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Slow down and add the eggs one by one, the tangerine pulp, the chocolate drops and the vanilla.
  5. Reduce the speed further and add the sifted flour.
  6. Finally, add the milk and after 1 minute stop the mixer.
  7. Butter a mold and pour in the mixture. Bake for 50΄
  8. Dip a long thin knife into the cake and if it comes out dry, take it out of the oven.
