Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 500 gr. ground beef
- 2 grated onions
- 1 grated tomato
- 1 large egg
- olive oil
- 1 cup grated kefalotyri
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Fry the onions in oil first and then the minced meat until it changes color and its liquids evaporate.
- Add the tomato, salt, pepper and cook for 15′-20 ′. Allow the mixture to cool, add the egg and stir.
- Add the kefalotyri. Spread the mixture on the first puff pastry sheet, cover with the other sheet, carve and bake until it turns reddish.
