Ingredients for 2 people
- 145 grams of butter
- 350 grams of flour
- An egg
- A pinch of salt
- Two tablespoons of sour cream
- 400 grams of smoked salmon fillet
- a little butter
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 large handful of cardamom
- 2 eggs
- 400ml sour cream
Implementation
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead until smooth. You open it in round leaves. Butter a tart pan and roll out the dough.
- Pierce it with a fork in several places and keep it in the fridge for half an hour to harden the dough.
- Cover the edges with a little foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.
- In a pan over medium heat, heat the salmon a little until it takes on a little color, about 2 minutes.
- Put it on the tart. Put the milk and cream in a baking pan. Beat the eggs and add them to the cream. Stir until slightly thickened.
- Remove from the heat and add the cardamom, a little butter, salt and pepper.
- Divide the cream in the tart and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and serve.
