Another delicious and unique recipe from "The Fella Twins"!

Components
For the chicken:
- 4 chicken fillets beaten into thin slices
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- ½ κ.γ. Cayenne pepper
- 250 gr. yoghurt
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 gr. flour
- 1 kg baking powder
- 50 gr. corn flour
- Sunflower oil for frying
For the sauce:
- 1 and others olive oil
- 1 wp butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 250 ml sour cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp flour for all uses
- Salt
- Pepper
For the marinade:
- Mix in a bowl the yogurt, the egg, the garlic powder, the sweet paprika, the cayenne pepper, the oregano, the salt and the pepper.
- Put the chicken fillets in the bowl with the marinade and mix well.
- Cover the bowl with a film and leave it for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
For breading:
- Put the flour, the cornflour, the salt and the baking powder in a bowl.
- Add 4 tbsp. marinade and mix well with your hands.
- We take a fillet, we pass it in the mixture, making sure it goes everywhere and sticks well. Transfer to a plate and continue with the remaining chicken fillets.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a deep and wide saucepan, dip the fillets and fry them, turning them to brown everywhere.
- Once they are ready, spread them on a baking sheet lined with absorbent paper.
- Put the chickens in a pan lined with oil paste and keep them warm at 100 degrees until we prepare our sauce.
For the sauce:
- In a pan, add the butter and olive oil until the butter melts. Then add the onion. When the onion softens, add the garlic.
- Then add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until all our ingredients are mixed.
- Pour in the sour cream and milk and cook for 2-3 minutes until our sauce thickens. Add salt and pepper.
- Serve our chickens with french fries or mashed potatoes, green salad and sauce.
