  • 12 chopped tablespoons sugar
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 100 grams of chopped and melted white chocolate
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • less than 1 gram of Kozani yolk
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a baking pan with 1 tablespoon of milk.
  2. When the mixture becomes uniform and smooth, mix the milk, the Kozani yolk and put on the fire until it boils.
  3. Remove from the heat. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
  4. When they turn white, slowly stir the milk into the eggs, beating them with a whisk.
  5. Open the oven to preheat and set the temperature to 170 degrees. In a pan, make caramel with sugar and 12 tablespoons of water.
  6. Divide the caramel into 12 bowls, fill them with the cream and in a baking pan, bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Take the bowls out of the water and let them cool. Once cool, we can turn them over on serving plates.
