- 12 chopped tablespoons sugar
- a few drops of lemon juice
- 750 ml of milk
- 100 grams of chopped and melted white chocolate
- 150 grams of sugar

- Melt the white chocolate in a baking pan with 1 tablespoon of milk.
- When the mixture becomes uniform and smooth, mix the milk, the Kozani yolk and put on the fire until it boils.
- Remove from the heat. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- When they turn white, slowly stir the milk into the eggs, beating them with a whisk.
- Open the oven to preheat and set the temperature to 170 degrees. In a pan, make caramel with sugar and 12 tablespoons of water.
- Divide the caramel into 12 bowls, fill them with the cream and in a baking pan, bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Take the bowls out of the water and let them cool. Once cool, we can turn them over on serving plates.
