Pomegranate cream

Unique sweet and very easy cream recipe with pomegranate!

Ingredients:

  • 1000 gr. yoghurt
  • 500 ml cream 35% fat, whipped
    3 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 3-4 cleaned pomegranates

Execution method

For the filling:

  • Put the yogurt and icing sugar in the bowl of the mixer and beat them with the whisk on medium to high speed until the mixture is fluffy.
  • Finally, incorporate the whipped cream, stirring lightly with a plastic spatula.

For assembly

  • Pour the filling into a pyrex and pour over the pomegranates.
  • Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it freeze well for about 5 hours or overnight.
