Ingredients for 2 people
- 300 grams of broccoli cut into hazelnuts
- Or kilo of spaghetti linguine
- 3 zucchini cut into sticks
- 12 shrimp large size
- 2-3 cloves of garlic melted
- Or a cup of wine

Implementation
- We take the shrimp and clean them from the heads, the back shell and the black intestine.
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic together with the broccoli for 4 minutes. Add the zucchini and sauté them for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the shrimp, quench them with the wine and boil them for another 4-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta and strain it. Put them in the pan, mix them all together and serve immediately.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and accompany with grated cheese.
