Ingredients
- 300 gr. gnocchi
- 2 tbsp butter
- 60 gr. grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- Green salad leaves for serving (optional)
Implementation
step 1
Boil the gnocchi in lightly salted water according to the instructions on the package. Strain and keep 200 ml of their water.

Heat the butter in a large pan. Add the gnocchi, cheese and pepper as well as 150 ml of the boiled water to the gnocchi.
step 3
Turn up the heat a little and stir until the cheese is melted and the gnocchi are well covered. Add more of the water you kept if you want them juicier.
step 4
Salt, transfer the gnocchi to a bowl and serve with mixed green salad, optional.
