Ingredients for 4 people
- 500 gr. (approximately) white fish fillets (fresh or frozen)
- 4 fresh onions cut into slices
- 3 slices of wholemeal bread
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill or parsley
- Or teaspoon lemon zest
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil for spreading
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Chop the fish fillets. Put the bread together with the onions in the mixer and beat them with intermittent movements of the motor until they become like coarse crumbs.
- Add the fish and continue beating for a few seconds.
- Add the egg, dill (or parsley), lemon zest and salt and pepper and beat them all, always with intermittent motor movements, for a few more seconds (you should not melt the mixture).
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 240 ° C. Take the mixture out of the fridge and shape it into 8 balls.
- Then, press them with your palms to become a little flat.
- Grease the pan with a little olive oil and spread the burgers on top (alternatively you can apply a grease gun).
- Grease them with a little oil and bake them in the oven for 15 minutes, until firm.
