Delicious briam with balsamic

Ingredients

  • 2 dried onions
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 eggplants
  • 3 peppers
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 gr. balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup tea olive oil
  • Salt Pepper
  • Some water

Implementation

  1. Slice all the vegetables.
  2. Place them in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the oil with the balsamic and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
  4. Add a little water until half the vegetables are covered and bake at 170-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
