Ingredients
- 2 dried onions
- 3 potatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 zucchini
- 3 eggplants
- 3 peppers
- 1 lemon
- 50 gr. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup tea olive oil
- Salt Pepper
- Some water
Implementation
- Slice all the vegetables.
- Place them in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil with the balsamic and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
- Add a little water until half the vegetables are covered and bake at 170-180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
