Ingredients for 6 people
- 3⁄4 kg lean minced beef
- 1⁄4 kg vine leaves
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon mint
- 1 bunch of dill
- 3 tablespoons of tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon of brown rice glaze
- salt
- pepper
Implementation
- Clean and wash the vine leaves well and boil them with hot water to which you have added a little lemon juice and salt.
- Finely chop the onion, dill and mint, mix with the minced meat and rice and season with salt and pepper.
- Take one - one vine leaf from the other side and put 1 tablespoon of the filling and wrap it in a long narrow dolmada.
- Place them in order in the pot.
- Add 2 glasses of water, cover them with a plate that fits on the dolmadas and cook for 40 minutes.
- If you cook them in a pressure cooker, you do not need to cover them with a plate and the cooking time is reduced to 20 minutes.
- Serve the dolmadas cold or at room temperature by adding lemon juice.
