Omelette with potatoes and feta

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 3 eggs
  • Half a potato
  • 50 grams of feta
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Implementation

  1. Break the eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Cut the potato into thin slices and then into small cubes and fry them.
  2. Once colored, add the eggs, stir lightly and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn the omelette on the other side, add grated feta cheese, cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
