Ingredients for 2 people
- 3 eggs
- Half a potato
- 50 grams of feta
- 2 slices of cheese
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Implementation
- Break the eggs, season with salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Cut the potato into thin slices and then into small cubes and fry them.
- Once colored, add the eggs, stir lightly and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Turn the omelette on the other side, add grated feta cheese, cheese and bake for another 2 minutes.
