Ingredients for 2-4 people

  • 1 evaporator box
  • Half a box of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 sachet of whipped cream powder
  • 2 boxes of petit four cookies

Implementation

  1. Put the evaporator and the sugar in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes. Then add the whipped cream powder and beat for about 10 minutes or until it becomes a thick cream.
  2. We take a square pan and lay the bottom with cookies in the same direction all. Pour the cream on top and cover again with cookies in the same direction.
  3. Put the pan in the freezer and wait for it to freeze for about 5 hours. When frozen, cut with a knife.
  4. In order not to make the cookies sit badly on the top, we will layer them after our ice cream has cooled down after 3 or 4 hours. If you have an ice cream machine you skip this step.
