Ingredients for 2-4 people
- 1 evaporator box
- Half a box of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 sachet of whipped cream powder
- 2 boxes of petit four cookies
Implementation
- Put the evaporator and the sugar in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes. Then add the whipped cream powder and beat for about 10 minutes or until it becomes a thick cream.
- We take a square pan and lay the bottom with cookies in the same direction all. Pour the cream on top and cover again with cookies in the same direction.
- Put the pan in the freezer and wait for it to freeze for about 5 hours. When frozen, cut with a knife.
- In order not to make the cookies sit badly on the top, we will layer them after our ice cream has cooled down after 3 or 4 hours. If you have an ice cream machine you skip this step.
