Grilled lamb chops

  • 16 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic in slices
  • 1 teaspoon full of fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
  • 1 strong pinch of boukovo or chili flakes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • coarse sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  1. Put the garlic, rosemary, thyme, zest, boukovo or chili flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender and beat until smooth.
  2. Put the meat in a bowl, pour the mixture over it and stir it to catch well everywhere.
  3. Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge for 1-3 hours, stirring the meat 1-2 times.
  4. Take it out of the fridge ½ an hour before baking to get to room temperature.
  5. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to a moderate temperature, if it is on gas or prepare the coals, putting the grill on top to heat well.
  6. Drain the meat while holding its marinade. Grease the grill and put them on.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning them 2-3 times and smearing them with their marinade.
  8. Check if they are ready by cutting a piece and serve.
