- 16 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic in slices
- 1 teaspoon full of fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon lime or lemon zest
- 1 strong pinch of boukovo or chili flakes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- coarse sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- Put the garlic, rosemary, thyme, zest, boukovo or chili flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender and beat until smooth.
- Put the meat in a bowl, pour the mixture over it and stir it to catch well everywhere.
- Cover the bowl and keep it in the fridge for 1-3 hours, stirring the meat 1-2 times.
- Take it out of the fridge ½ an hour before baking to get to room temperature.
- Meanwhile, preheat the grill to a moderate temperature, if it is on gas or prepare the coals, putting the grill on top to heat well.
- Drain the meat while holding its marinade. Grease the grill and put them on.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, turning them 2-3 times and smearing them with their marinade.
- Check if they are ready by cutting a piece and serve.
