Kourou pie with peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of kourou leaf
  • 7 chopped horn peppers
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr. slice
  • 150 gr. Mozzarella
  • Salt Pepper
  • Some oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Implementation

  1. Saute the peppers and onion in a little olive oil over low heat.
  2. Add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and leave for a while longer until caramelized.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Mix the 2 eggs with the cheeses and set aside.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  6. Lightly grease a baking tray and place the shaving sheet.
  7. Pour the mixture with the peppers on the dough and add the one with the cheeses.
  8. Cover with the other kourou sheet and turn the edges inwards.
  9. Spread with the third egg, make holes in the leaf with a fork and sprinkle with a little sesame (optional).
  10. Bake for 35 minutes.
