Ingredients
- 1 pack of kourou leaf
- 7 chopped horn peppers
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 150 gr. slice
- 150 gr. Mozzarella
- Salt Pepper
- Some oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Implementation
- Saute the peppers and onion in a little olive oil over low heat.
- Add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and leave for a while longer until caramelized.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Mix the 2 eggs with the cheeses and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Lightly grease a baking tray and place the shaving sheet.
- Pour the mixture with the peppers on the dough and add the one with the cheeses.
- Cover with the other kourou sheet and turn the edges inwards.
- Spread with the third egg, make holes in the leaf with a fork and sprinkle with a little sesame (optional).
- Bake for 35 minutes.
