Ingredients for 4 people
- 6 medium beets with their skin
- 400 gr. (About 1 cup) strained yogurt
- 2 large cloves of garlic with their skin
- salt
- pepper
- walnut kernels
Implementation
- First, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Then, put the beets and garlic in a fireproof dish, add 1 full cup of water, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Take them out and drain them.
- Rub their skin with your fingers to get it out and press the garlic to get their crumb out.
- Chop the beets and grind them in the mixer, together with the garlic, until they become puree.
- Take them out in a bowl and mix in the walnut kernels, yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
