Ingredients
- 1/4 cup teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard (preferably Dijon)
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup tea olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Implementation
- Mix the red wine vinegar with the mustard, oregano, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
- While stirring the mixture, slowly add the olive oil.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the mixture, stirring vigorously.
- Place the final mixture in a sealed jar or bottle, close tightly and shake for a while.
