How to make lemon vinaigrette

Cool dressing for salads or chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (preferably Dijon)
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tea olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Implementation

  1. Mix the red wine vinegar with the mustard, oregano, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. While stirring the mixture, slowly add the olive oil.
  3. Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the mixture, stirring vigorously.
  4. Place the final mixture in a sealed jar or bottle, close tightly and shake for a while.
