Ingredients
- 3 kiwis, cut into cubes
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 cups spinach tea
- 1 cup milk tea of your choice
- 1 cup tea yogurt

Wash and chop all fruits (kept at refrigerator temperature).

BahPut the milk and spinach in the blender first and stir until the spinach is completely incorporated into the milk.

Then add the yogurt and fruit and mix until your smoothie has a homogeneous consistency.
