Ingredients for 6 people
- 2 packs of 500 grams of mushrooms
- 1 1/3 teaspoon olive oil
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Or a cup of soy sauce
- oregano
- fresh thyme, grated
- Or a cup of chopped fresh parsley
Implementation
- Turn on the oven grill to 2 and place the grill on the second step of the oven.
- We clean the mushrooms. Place them in a large bowl, wet the mushrooms with 2/3 cup oil and salt and pepper and mix well.
- Put the mushrooms in the pan. Bake at a distance of 15 cm away from the oven grill, smearing them with their juices during baking.
- Turn the mushrooms once, take them out when they have taken on color and have tightened a bit from cooking, around 15 minutes.
- Beat the remaining oil, soy sauce, a little salt, oregano and thyme with the whisk and pour the mixture over the cooked mushrooms.
- Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and parsley and serve.
