Grilled mushrooms with ribs with soy sauce

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 2 packs of 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 1/3 teaspoon olive oil
  • sea ​​salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Or a cup of soy sauce
  • oregano
  • fresh thyme, grated
  • Or a cup of chopped fresh parsley

Implementation

  1. Turn on the oven grill to 2 and place the grill on the second step of the oven.
  2. We clean the mushrooms. Place them in a large bowl, wet the mushrooms with 2/3 cup oil and salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Put the mushrooms in the pan. Bake at a distance of 15 cm away from the oven grill, smearing them with their juices during baking.
  4. Turn the mushrooms once, take them out when they have taken on color and have tightened a bit from cooking, around 15 minutes.
  5. Beat the remaining oil, soy sauce, a little salt, oregano and thyme with the whisk and pour the mixture over the cooked mushrooms.
  6. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and parsley and serve.
