Grilled salmon with garlic and butter

Serve with grilled broccoli with parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt Pepper
  • 4 cups of broccoli tea
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan tea
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a pan and distribute the marinade evenly.

step 4

Place the broccoli in the rest of the pan, sprinkle with olive oil and add salt, pepper and parmesan.

step 5

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, serve and garnish with parsley.
