Ingredients for 6-8 people

  • 1 1/2 kg flour for all uses
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 2 cups olives cut and peeled
  • 60 grams of vegetable butter
  • Or a cup of grated parmesan
  1. In a bowl pour 1 1/2 kg flour for all uses, 120 grams butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup lukewarm water, 3/4 cup lukewarm milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 sachet dry yeast, 2 cups chopped and peeled olives and stir until combined.
  2. Then transfer the dough to a floured counter and continue kneading vigorously until the dough is smooth.
  3. If you see that it sticks to your hands, add more flour.
  4. Place the dough in a sealed bowl and let it rise for about 40 minutes in a warm place or for 10 minutes at 150 degrees in the oven.
  5. Then divide into 24 pieces.
  6. Before putting the buns in the oven, dip each piece in the butter and then sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese to make a crust.
  7. Place symmetrically in a pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 170 - 180 degrees.
