- 1 1/2 kg flour for all uses
- 120 grams of butter

- 1/4 cup lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup lukewarm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 2 cups olives cut and peeled
- 60 grams of vegetable butter
- Or a cup of grated parmesan
- In a bowl pour 1 1/2 kg flour for all uses, 120 grams butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup lukewarm water, 3/4 cup lukewarm milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 sachet dry yeast, 2 cups chopped and peeled olives and stir until combined.
- Then transfer the dough to a floured counter and continue kneading vigorously until the dough is smooth.
- If you see that it sticks to your hands, add more flour.
- Place the dough in a sealed bowl and let it rise for about 40 minutes in a warm place or for 10 minutes at 150 degrees in the oven.
- Then divide into 24 pieces.
- Before putting the buns in the oven, dip each piece in the butter and then sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese to make a crust.
- Place symmetrically in a pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 170 - 180 degrees.
