  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 loaf with yeast cut into cubes
  • 340 grams of cheese for toast cut into thin slices
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the mushrooms.
  2. Cook for 4-5 minutes until they start to drain.
  3. Add the thyme and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside to cool.
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the bread lengthwise and widthwise, without cutting it down.
  2. Place the bread on a greased baking sheet.
