Bread with muesli

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 cup muesli
  • 2 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 cup flour for all uses
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Implementation

  1. In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour and the white, the muesli, the salt and the yeast.
  2. Open a puddle in the center and put the honey, olive oil and a cup of water. Knead and if necessary add more water.
  3. Put the dough on the counter and knead it for about 5 minutes and make it a round loaf to put it in a pan lined with greaseproof paper.
  4. Wet your hands and pass the loaf over.
  5. Sprinkle with oat flakes. Carve with the knife, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to swell.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the bread for 35 minutes.
