Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 cup muesli
- 2 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup flour for all uses
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
Implementation
- In a bowl, mix the wholemeal flour and the white, the muesli, the salt and the yeast.
- Open a puddle in the center and put the honey, olive oil and a cup of water. Knead and if necessary add more water.
- Put the dough on the counter and knead it for about 5 minutes and make it a round loaf to put it in a pan lined with greaseproof paper.
- Wet your hands and pass the loaf over.
- Sprinkle with oat flakes. Carve with the knife, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place to swell.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the bread for 35 minutes.
