Bread with raisins

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 kg white flour
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • About 1 and 1/2 glasses of lukewarm water
  1. In a large bowl melt the yeast in lukewarm water, add all the ingredients except the raisins. First put a glass of water and flour.
  2. Knead them by hand and add the flour until it forms and does not stick to the hands.
  3. Once you have the dough ready, add the raisins and shape them so that the raisins go everywhere.
  4. Form three raisin breads and put them to rise in a warm place, after covering them with a clean towel, for about an hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, until they turn brown.
