- 1 kg white flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 3/4 cup raisins
- About 1 and 1/2 glasses of lukewarm water
- In a large bowl melt the yeast in lukewarm water, add all the ingredients except the raisins. First put a glass of water and flour.
- Knead them by hand and add the flour until it forms and does not stick to the hands.
- Once you have the dough ready, add the raisins and shape them so that the raisins go everywhere.
- Form three raisin breads and put them to rise in a warm place, after covering them with a clean towel, for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, until they turn brown.
