Ingredients for 2 people
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cups brown basmati rice
- 4 chopped spring onions
- 1 cup brown sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped into cubes
- 150 grams of frozen or fresh spinach
- 1 cup grated parmesan
Implementation
- Boil the rice in a saucepan with salted water for 10 minutes.
- In a deep frying pan, heat the sesame oil and lightly sauté the mushrooms, spinach and peppers together with the spring onions for 4 minutes.
- Add the boiled rice and stir with a wooden spoon at the beginning in the center of the pan and slowly increase the circles.
- Add the curry and season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with parmesan and continue mixing until it melts and joins with the rest of the ingredients.
