sudages1 1 cooking recipes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups tea bittersweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup teaspoon chopped dried figs
  • 1 cup of tea coarsely crushed cookies
  • 2/4 cup teaspoon hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish

Implementation

step 1

Place the chocolate pieces and butter in a medium bowl and place in the microwave on high heat, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted, about 2 minutes.

step 2

Add the figs, biscuits, hazelnuts and vanilla, cover and let cool for about 1 hour, stirring gradually so you can shape it.

step 3

Spread 2 large sheets of oil paste on a work surface and pour half of the mixture with a spoon on one of the two ends of the oil paste. Wrap well, pressing the oil paste as you roll. Twist the ends of the oil paste tightly like candy and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

step 4

Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours.

step 5

Unroll and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top of the "salami" and roll until coated on all sides. Refrigerate in an airtight container or tightly wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 1 month.

step 6

To serve, let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes so that it does not crack when cut.
