Ingredients for 4 people
- 8 cups chopped red and green cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh onion cut into thin slices
- 1 cup lean yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
Implementation
- Mix the reds together with the green cabbages, carrots and onions in a bowl.
- Put the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic in the blender and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently with a ladle. Leave for 20 minutes in the fridge and serve.
