Ingredients for 4 people
- 2 kg large shrimp, peeled and chopped
- fresh juice of 4-6 limes
- 1 white onion, finely chopped
- 5 diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1 avocado peeled and cut into cubes
Implementation
- Peel and chop the shrimp into small pieces. Place the shrimp and lime juice in a large bowl and stir.
- Leave them for about 5 minutes or until shrimp become transparent.
- Add the tomatoes, onion and coriander, stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Then remove from the fridge and mix with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped avocado and serve.
