Serve with shrimp and avocado

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 kg large shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • fresh juice of 4-6 limes
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 5 diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 avocado peeled and cut into cubes

Implementation

  1. Peel and chop the shrimp into small pieces. Place the shrimp and lime juice in a large bowl and stir.
  2. Leave them for about 5 minutes or until shrimp become transparent.
  3. Add the tomatoes, onion and coriander, stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Then remove from the fridge and mix with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with chopped avocado and serve.
