Ingredients

  • 1 cup teaspoon of frozen blueberries
  • 1 μπανάνα
  • 1/2 cup teaspoon almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Water as needed

Implementation

Put the blueberries, banana, almond milk and almond butter in a blender.

Stir until the mixture is well homogenized.
