Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, cut into thin slices
  • 1 / 2 banana
  • 4 clementines
  • Chopped ginger
  • 1/4 cup tea yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt for taste
  • 1 1/2 cups ice tea

Implementation

Add the clementines, banana, carrot, ginger, yogurt, honey, salt and ice to a blender.

Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
