Ingredients
- 1/4 cup teaspoon baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons coconut water without sugar
- 1/2 large frozen banana
- 1 tbsp. bunch of green tea powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup tea selection sugar-free milk (soy, almond or oat)
Implementation
step 1
Add the spinach and coconut water to the blender and mix until the spinach is pureed.
step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
step 3
Add extra milk and / or ice if you want a thinner composition.
