Smoothie with orange, carrot and turmeric

Ingredients

  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp. melted ginger
  • Juice of half a lemon

Implementation

Squeeze the oranges and chop the carrots.

Put the orange juice in a blender and add the chopped carrots, ginger and turmeric.

step 3

Stir for half a minute and add the lemon juice.

step 4

Strain, serve and enjoy.
