Ingredients
- 1/3 cup teaspoon chocolate protein powder
- 1 cup of tea water
- 1 cup teaspoon almond milk (sugar free)
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 1 tbsp cocoa (without sugar)
- 1/4 cup teaspoon dark chocolate bittersweet or semi-sweet, finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cold chopped banana
- 1 cup tea kale or spinach
Implementation

Put all the ingredients in a large blender.

Stir until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.

If it is too thick, add a little more almond milk or water and beat once more.
