Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (cold)
  • 1 / 2- 3/4 fl. teaspoon of almond milk
  • Juice of 1 medium orange, plus a little zest
  • 2 tablespoons goji berries
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup tea cannabis seeds (optional)
  • A handful of ice

Implementation

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Depending on the density you want your smoothie to have, add extra almond milk or ice.

Serve in a glass with ice (optional) and enjoy immediately.
