Chocolate salami

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 200 g chopped chocolate couverture
  • 1 sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup hazel
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 2 packages of stuffed cookies

Implementation

  1. Put the sweetened milk, margarine and chocolate on a very low heat and as soon as they start to melt, add the cocoa.
  2. Once they melt well, remove from the heat and let the mixture warm for a while.
  3. Cut the stuffed cookies and add them to the mixture.
  4. Add the nuts and mix well.
  5. Wrap the mixture in double wrap and freeze in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to tighten.
