Materials (for 4 people)
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. paprika
For her avocado sauce
- 2 avocado
- 1/4 red onion
- Juice from a lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
- A little chopped coriander for garnish
Implementation
- In a bowl, mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the above mixture and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Bake the salmon on the grill over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- In another bowl place the avocado, onion, lime juice, olive oil and salt and mix well.
- Spread the avocado sauce on top of each salmon fillet and garnish with coriander.
