Salmon with avocado sauce

Materials (for 4 people)

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. paprika

For her avocado sauce

  • 2 avocado
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Juice from a lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • A little chopped coriander for garnish

Implementation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oil, salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the above mixture and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake the salmon on the grill over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. In another bowl place the avocado, onion, lime juice, olive oil and salt and mix well.
  5. Spread the avocado sauce on top of each salmon fillet and garnish with coriander.
