Souffle with chestnuts and chocolate

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 gr couverture
  • 250 g boiled chestnuts
  • 3 tablespoons chestnut jam

Implementation

  1. Boil the chestnuts in a pot of water, drain them, clean them well and mash them in a blender.
  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl with the mixer for several hours until the mixture is fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and mix well. Melt the couverture together with the butter and add them to the mixture, stirring to combine all the ingredients well.
  4. Add the mashed chestnuts and the chestnut jam, continuing to mix for a while.
  5. Butter individual molds and fill them to about 2/3 of them with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on the oven.
