Ingredients for 4 people
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 250 gr couverture
- 250 g boiled chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons chestnut jam
Implementation
- Boil the chestnuts in a pot of water, drain them, clean them well and mash them in a blender.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl with the mixer for several hours until the mixture is fluffy.
- Add the flour and mix well. Melt the couverture together with the butter and add them to the mixture, stirring to combine all the ingredients well.
- Add the mashed chestnuts and the chestnut jam, continuing to mix for a while.
- Butter individual molds and fill them to about 2/3 of them with the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes depending on the oven.
