Ingredients
- 1 cup teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup teaspoon butter
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup half pecan tea (optional)
- 1 apple, sliced
- 12 slices of toast bread
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups tea milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Implementation

Spread an oil paste on a baking tray.

Heat the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with pecans.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the pecans and layer the bread slices on top of the apple in two layers.

Beat the eggs, with the milk, vanilla extract, almond extract and salt in a bowl.

Pour the mixture into the pan and leave for 1 hour at room temperature or cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
