Recipe for "Cups" of bacon stuffed with eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt Pepper
  • Chives for garnish
  • Special equipment: muffin tin

Implementation

step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

step 2

Place the bacon slices in the muffin tin, wrapping in a circle and bake for 10 minutes.

step 3

Remove the bacon from the oven and toss the egg in the middle of each muffin tin. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheddar cheese.

step 4

Bake for another 10 minutes or until the egg yolks reach the desired consistency.

step 5

Pass a knife around the edge of each "cup" to loosen it and be able to remove it. Sprinkle with chives, optional and enjoy.
