Recipe for Grilled cod with cherry tomatoes and sweet peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
  • 3/4 cup tea small sweet peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 gr. cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 8 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 700 gr. cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup of tea water
  • Salt, pepper

Implementation

step 1

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and peppers for about 5 minutes or until the onions are soft, stirring occasionally.

step 2

Add salt, cherry tomatoes and thyme and sauté for another 2 minutes.

step 3

Add the cod fillets and water to the pan, season with salt and pepper, cover and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cod is cooked, remaining juicy.

step 4

Garnish with thyme sprigs and serve.
