Tart with smoked salmon and cheese

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon
  • 400 grams of cheese spread
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Or a cup of sour cream
  • Or a cup of grated low-fat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Implementation

  1. Thaw the puff pastry sheet and using a brush spread butter and flour on a tart tin, measuring 15 × 25 cm. Place the sheet in the form and lay it out.
  2. With a fork, pierce the surface of the sheet in some places for better cooking and preheat the oven.
  3. Bake the sheet for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and cut the salmon into thin strips.
  4. In a bowl put the sour cream, cheese spread, flour, eggs, onion and dill.
  5. Add the salmon to the ingredients of the bowl and stir. Then pour the filling over the lightly baked puff pastry sheet. Finally, sprinkle the surface with the grated cheese.
  6. Bake the tart at 180 degrees for half an hour. When you take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit and serve.
