Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 100 grams of smoked salmon
- 400 grams of cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- Or a cup of sour cream
- Or a cup of grated low-fat cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 chopped green onion

Implementation
- Thaw the puff pastry sheet and using a brush spread butter and flour on a tart tin, measuring 15 × 25 cm. Place the sheet in the form and lay it out.
- With a fork, pierce the surface of the sheet in some places for better cooking and preheat the oven.
- Bake the sheet for 10 minutes at 180 degrees and cut the salmon into thin strips.
- In a bowl put the sour cream, cheese spread, flour, eggs, onion and dill.
- Add the salmon to the ingredients of the bowl and stir. Then pour the filling over the lightly baked puff pastry sheet. Finally, sprinkle the surface with the grated cheese.
- Bake the tart at 180 degrees for half an hour. When you take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit and serve.
