Chocolate tart based on chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  • 400 gr. chocolate couverture
  • 12- 15 medium chocolate chip cookies
  • 80 gr. butter
  • 400 gr. whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp honey

Implementation

Place the cookies in a food processor and beat until powdered and place in a bowl.

Melt the butter and pour into the bowl with the chocolate chip cookies. Mix well and spread the mixture evenly in a medium tart hoop. Place in the fridge for half an hour, until the base of the tart is tight.

Cut the couverture into small pieces, heat the cream until it boils and pour over the couverture. Mix until you get a uniform and smooth cream.

Pour the chocolate mixture into the base of the tart and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
