Ingredients
- 400 gr. chocolate couverture
- 12- 15 medium chocolate chip cookies
- 80 gr. butter
- 400 gr. whipping cream
- 1 tbsp honey
Implementation
step 1
Place the cookies in a food processor and beat until powdered and place in a bowl.

Melt the butter and pour into the bowl with the chocolate chip cookies. Mix well and spread the mixture evenly in a medium tart hoop. Place in the fridge for half an hour, until the base of the tart is tight.
step 3
Cut the couverture into small pieces, heat the cream until it boils and pour over the couverture. Mix until you get a uniform and smooth cream.
step 4
Pour the chocolate mixture into the base of the tart and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
